Will the shipping box or label have
any branding?
No, your order will arrive in a plain white or brown box with no
identifying branding.
The shipping label will read SSW Company.
What if I don't want to use my credit
card?
Simply go to your local discount, grocery or convenience store and
purchase a Visa, MasterCard or American Express gift card for at least
the amount of the item you wish to purchase plus any applicable
shipping charges. We also accept checks and money orders. Please give

Will you call me or send any invoices
or marketing materials to my address?
No. We will never send anything to you other than the products you
order. Furthermore, we will never call or email you unless you ask us
to.
How is my information protected?

Will you sell my information or send

Do you do back orders?
If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and
ask if you would like a replacement item or advise you of the time it
will take to deliver the product. Out of stock orders may be cancelled
unless a replacement item is requested or the time to deliver is
acceptable to you.
